The screen is perfect, just as advertised and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, Parcelforce mishandled the delivery (I understand this isn't BackMarket's fault). However, this experience revealed the poor support from BackMarket on my first order. It took them three days to inform me that they couldn't contact Parcelforce due to 'security reasons'—which felt misleading, as Parcelforce woundnt disclose any information to me as i wasnt thier customer. Had their support been more prompt and if i didnt resolve the issue myself, this would have been a flawless order."
