    A phone that meets my needs and expectations. No more endless scrolling! That said, it's not perfect. The battery hardly lasts all day, especially if you listen to a lot of music as I do, and you have to keep pressing the 'pound' key to use the physical keyboard, which is really annoying. All the same, I don't regret this purchase. I just think it's a shame that the phone doesn't come with a European adapter or cable.

    The phone was as described and works quite flawlessly. The minus is that the microphone picks up sound strangely/poorly. Still, if you could get an internet bank on the phone, it would be fine as the only phone for everyday use. Backmarket ordering and processing time was 4/5, quite fast and smooth with small delays.     Everything is great, Handi like new, language could be changed from English, French and Spanish to German without any problems thanks to the enclosed instructions. You have to familiarise yourself with the mobile phone a little, then the manual keyboard also works. I was able to install the apps I needed from the Play Store without any problems. My conclusion: I am very happy with my new mobile phone and everything went really well with BackMarket, I can only recommend the Cat S22 Flip and BackMarked, I got exactly what I wanted and say thank you !!!!!

    I have been using it for a short time, but so far there is no problem, arrived as good as new and early The sim is unlocked for operators outside the US and works (if it doesn't, just search for your operator and "manual APN configuration", and put in that data), as well as the SD slot I use for a 32gb micro SD for music. For those looking for a dumbphone: this is more smart than dumb, but still a good middle ground if you need to have whatsapp/mail etc for school or work. In any case, it can be rooted or simply debloated to remove superfluous services such as the pre-installed Google ones. Be careful because it has a certain bulk, it doesn't really fit in a pocket. It arrived with a jack-USB c adapter and a power supply with an adapter to the Italian socket, but this one barely charges and I had to use a power supply I already had at home. The battery is not in the best condition, but it is unusable.
