Really great service, I ordered a refurbished MacBook Air 13 inch (2017) with 128GB of storage but I was sent one with a higher spec and 256GB of storage. Working really well so far, although slower than a new model as expected, and definitely worth the price.

I was really apprehensive to buy a refurbished MacBook but it's safe to say I am beyond happy. I got a "good" condition 2019 MacBook Air and it's amazing. Barely any ware on it! Incredible condition. I bought a 2017 MacBook Pro as I need a quick replacement of my old 2013 MacBook Air as it wasn't receiving updates anymore. I have never ordered refurbished before and I have to say I am very impressed. So far I've had no issues with the MacBook, it came with minimal scratches and what appeared to be a brand new charger. Delivery was 2 days sooner than expected so I had it in time for New Year. I would highly recommend and will look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I really like the idea of re-using existing kit. We've bought multiple items from backmarket (all apple) and very happy each time - cheaper than the official Apple refurbished ones (and the children will scratch their phones in no time anyway). the MacBook Pro was exactly as advertised; it had one small scratch on the shell however the screen is impeccable. and it was thoroughly cleaned. thank you

Buying refurbished sometimes feels like a bit of a gamble, but I'm pleased with my order! Got a 2020 MacBook Pro in "good" condition and it's just as advertised - a tiny amount of wear and tear to the exterior but so far it seems to be in perfect working order with 88% battery health, all for a fraction of what it'd cost new. Only marking down by one point due to the box - while the laptop came securely packaged, it was all in cardboard with no bubblewrap or anything to protect it from water damage during transit. I admire the commitment to recyclable packaging but I feel lucky the parcel wasn't left out in the rain at any point!

I ordered the MacBook Pro 16” M1 Pro 1TB 16GB RAM in Excellent Condition, And BackMarket did NOT disappoint!! The MacBook Arrived in it’s original Apple Box, the MacBook AND the chargers all still with the original Apple packaging! The MacBook itself had absolutely no signs of previous use, it’s like someone bought it from apple and left it in the box with the exception of the instructions being removed from the box and a hole being cut in the box for an extra charger! Which isn’t an issue for me at all!! I wasn’t sure if it WAS actually used in the past so I had a look through the settings to see how many battery Charge Cycles it had previously and it only had 2!!! And one of them was me because it was on charge as i was looking! So I am absolutely delighted, Basically brand-new and all for the price of a refurbished MacBook!! Couldn’t be happier with my purchase! Well recommended!
