    Almost new condition. Works fine with Windows 10 but the system is 11 capable so now in battle to prevent Microsoft installing that as an "upgrade". Only want system to run one task so may have to revert to Windows 7.

    The machine is excellent, it works well, much faster than my old machine. It was delivered quickly and very well packaged. My only negative is that it isn't Windows 11 compatible, which should have been made clear before I purchased, I am not too concerned about this however.

    The quality of the refurb on the machine made it seem brand new. It's in pristine condition and works flawlessly. My wife, who I got the machine for, is over the moon and her aging laptop (which was essentially used as a desktop) can now go off to the Dixons in the sky. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery given that it came over from Ireland. It was well packed and protected and everything required was included (granted that was only a display port cable and power cord) so it was plugged in and running within 5minutes of arrival! Superb experience.

    This was my second purchase from BM as expected delivery etc was fast and efficient. The device was well priced however the physical condition of the case was beyond what I could accept as fair. An additional issue with the computer (Fan) would have made the intended use less desirable in its current condition.

    Bought this thinking that it might be too good to be true for the price. However, it seems to be working really well so far. There are some scratches on the case which is understandable given the fair categorisation. Since it's going to be sat under the desk it's not an issue at all. The case had been cleaned very well both inside and out, however I did have to change the CMOS battery (just a small CR2032 fitted inside the case) as it was loosing it's settings after being unplugged. I was also able to upgrade from Windows 10 to 11 with no issues whatsoever. Overall very pleased with it.
