    After buying 3 phones from Backmarket with huge success and satisfaction, the 4th unfortunately wouldn't switch on or charge. However the customer service was outstanding and they sorted my return and refund within a couple of days.I have reordered and this one has been delivered promptly and is in fantastic condition.     Ive waited to leave a review to be sure the phone would perform to my expectations and it has. It came in pristine condition and is functioning really well so far. I wanted to replace my previous A40 and have tried a couple of times with refurbished phones, also in ex condition but all cutting out during phone calls. So far this is like getting a new phone all over again and I'm very happy with it. Delivery was quick and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend BackMarket and would use them again.

    Brilliant service and item, in fact the Samsung A40 I ordered turned out to be in better condition than advertised. It arrived promptly and I had it operational in a short space of time. There are no signs of previous ownership on the operating system and everything functions perfectly. I will certainly look to purchase from you again when the need arises.

    Quality of phone is superb, just 2 things: I ordered a blue back case, sent me black. Phone has EE & BT Sport app which cannot be removed, I am not EE or BT Sport so highly annoying phone provided like this.
