    Fantastic service and purchase. I was a little worried about buying a reconditioned phone,not knowing what to really expect. But my concerns disappeared when my Flip4 arrived. The condition said very good, but it was like new. Not a mark or scratch on it. I've left it for 2 weeks to leave a review just so I could be confident in the phone's operation. Again it's just like a new phone and hasn't missed a beat. I certainly won't be buying a new phone again. I had to buy a charger and cable separately even though a cable came with the phone. That's just so I could charge at 25 watts which is much quicker. Excellent shopping experience.

    This is my 2nd flip Samsung I bought from you and as previously I had an easy and simple process of its purchase. My previous phone I dropped and as a result I broke the screen. When trying to repair it I was told it would be £300 hence I thought I would get a mobile phone instead.     I have had my reservations about back market. Decided to give them a try & I have no regrets at all. The phone is in excellent condition. I wanted to try a flip phone without paying extortionate price or having to get a contract out. Plus back market is on Clearpay,so I can pay instalments,which is a bonus.
