Paid 140 GBP for 'Good Condition'. Pretty Happy with the Item. Phone's condition was really good. Received in 1 day. Using it now for the last 2 months. Very tiny marks on the body. No dents. Display has zero marks. Camera quality is perfect. The only thing is the battery backup. I understand these phones were normally manufactured in 2020. The battery will degrade in 4 years, which is very common. I had a Note 10 lite before in 2021 and used to get 5.5 hours of SOT. On this one, I am getting 4~4.5 hours of SOT.

Submitted a faulty phone since mid Feb, up to now the refund system through hyperwallet doesn't work, link seems to be broken, they keep telling me to be patient at this date of writing. A simple refund to my PayPal account is turning into a nightmare and taking more than a month now. Nothing to do with the engagement of the service itself but the refund system is wrong and does not work. I just want my money back asap. Lost patience, reason why I am here as I don't have other options like calling and speaking to someone. I will escalate to other platforms as I have all the screenshots if I am not satisfied soon. I now regret telling people to use this website to actually purchase a phone here.

After using the phone for 3 months I could no longer use it as a blob covered the phone. I wish to at least receive a refund at the very minmum and get my money back. The phone i bought functioned for 4 months. I did get someone try and fix it but nothing changed. Someone told me its no longer within warranty but i bought in April 2024.

I am reasonably satisfied. The phone works perfectly. Only the battery is shown as "Bad" by the Samsung diagnostics app. It doesn't even last a whole day with moderate use. I would have hoped for more. I don't want to know what would have happened if I had opted for a lower category.

perfect condition but problem with the stylus which doesn't work at all on about 2cm square of the screen, as well as the fingerprint sensor which doesn't work because it's not calibrated. It's cool that the screen is new, but I'd have preferred it to be scratched and functional.

Super fast delivery, ordered on 01/07 and received on 03/07. Product conforms and in perfect condition, first order on the site and no disappointment. The only small downside that I will add is the phone put in a box with just the charging cable, no design, no box and especially no protective screen which is quite a shame if the deliveryman is rough with the package but fortunately and luckily especially the phone has no scratches and it works perfectly! I'd recommend it!
