    This phone is even more than I expected to recieve. Big and bold with a beautiful display to match. A more than sound sounding stereo speaker setup that allows you to listen to whatever your heart desires. The build quality is nothing short of exquisite, feeling premium from the minute you lay fingers on the device. The software is near flawless, everything has been smooth sailing thus far, living up to expectations and the storage provides more than enough space to download your favourite apps, games or even store a few videos and images. Then again, you could save extra space by using a micro sd card for the last two! Sound quality on calls is really good, I've been told it almost is as if I was in front of the person I was having a conversation with, and that says it all. So far, so good, and upon recieving the phone, it was in decent packaging and even better physical and visual quality, which is something you always worry about when it comes to buying refurbished, but on this occasion, I was far from dissapointed.

    Excellent Note 20 Ultra. Great quality, price & experience. Backmarket.co.uk are THE best for refurbished phones. I had an issue with the first one & the phone was replaced with the least amount of hassle, with the most extensive, complete & fantastic customer service. Excellent from start to finish. Also, I got insurance with them which is extremely difficult to get elsewhere for a second hand phone. I cannot recommend Backmarket.co.uk enough.

    Outstanding service from start to finish! From the moment I made the purchase until delivery, everything was seamless. The phone is in excellent condition, and everything functions perfectly. The only downside is the preinstalled apps from Three, which can be quite a hassle to disable.

    I was very disappointed since I bought this phone which was rates excellent however it had a pretty obvious defect which could have been easily spotted by the technicians and fixed before shipping. They charging port was damaged and it doesn't hold the charger inside. I was however refunded but this has resulted in loss of time as the process of sending back the device takes about a week to complete and it takes up to 5 days for money to reflect back into your account.

    I got the samsung galaxy note20 ultra 5g which had a FAIR condition onit, The communication from the vendor was on point at every stage the delivery by dpd was on time and well informed payment via KLARNA was very easy and the phone... the condition was so much better than i expected, very minor nicks on the metal - does not affect the overall look screen is scratch free did i get lucky? not sure but very happy on my 1st day of using the phone.     First, I had to use this device for a week to ensure my opinion is solid. 1. DELIVERY: This was great and ontime, arrived a day to the supposed date. 2. CONDITION: Pristine to the letter "E", not a singular sign of use... 3. FUNCTIONALITY: Every Single aspect is working. also ran a Samsung diagnostic in it, every aspect of the test showed the phone works just great. 4. BATTERY LIFE: Charged to 100%, I usually get 21-24 hrs off the phone depending on usage. Checking with Accubattery, Battery health is at 96%. I am really delighted I made this purchase, so very happy indeed. Thank you Qwikfone for this great refurb. Thank you Back Market.
