    I didn't want to pay the rediculas price of a new phone as they only cost around £30 to produce. I feel that its a total rip off. so I've decided to by refurbished phone. I don't need the latest model. I purchased a Samsung s22 in good condition and im chuffed to bits with the phone. not a mark on it and it looks like new. It came well packaged. really happy with this purchase. I would highly recommend. I will definitely buy my next phone again from Back Market.

    I was very skeptical as this was the first time I bought had bought a reconditioned phone. But I was happy to be proved there was bought to worry about. The phone arrived looking perfect and has been working great. My old phone was totally frozen and their website explain how to clear all the memory and cloud stuff, which helped me. Would definitely use Black Market again in the future.

    This is my first refurbished phone and I honestly was expecting it to look second hand, there are a few scratches on the side of the phone which you can't even see with a clear cover on but other than that it's a brand new S22 even the screen looked untouched. I got quoted a higher price in a second hand store for the exact same phone that had screen burn. Very happy I chose this.

    Back market experience, really good. The phone came in a decent condition and was definitely very good value for money. Android phones tend to lag a little more than iPhones when they become a couple of years old, so I am not over the moon with the phone OS, but that was definitely my choice. Amazed tbh:D P.S. please secure the plastic bags you put the phones in with some sellotape, the phone did slide straight out and onto the floor when I opened the package!     I bought the fair condition Samsung s22. I needed a high quality camera and this has lived up to the expectation. Phone is immaculate. Wouldn't know it had been used. The battery charges really quickly. But does drain quite fast also. But it gets me through the day. It was sent out very quickly. The only bad thing was the cheap charger cable didn't fit phone. But luckily had one already that did fit. Veryhappy with this company and phone. Recommending to friends 💛
