    paid for "good" condition phone which promises a perfect screen and there was one noticeable deep scratch on the screen when I received it. I didn't want to have to be without a phone for another week while it was replaced so I was offered a partial refund of around £20 for the inconvenience which is okay with me for not having to wait. other than that the phone is excellent but I'm not sure what refurbishment they do if it still has the same screen and battery and there was visible dirt around the sides the camera lenses. feels like I've bought a second hand phone rather than a refurbished one....

    First I want to say that I was pleased to receive the order earlier than I expected it. Second the phone is absolutely as described. I was a bit sceptical at the begging thinking that a refurbished phone will never be the same as the new one but now that I've received my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra all I can say that you can bet is new and not refurbished.     I bought the s22 ultra in fair condition a couple of weeks ago and it arrived in great condition. I was expecting a couple of scratches here and there but there is none clearly visible.     I chose to buy this refurbished phone from Backmarket because of their reputation for quality, affordability, and environmental friendliness. As a student, I chose a cost-effective option that didn't compromise on performance, especially since my previous phone had issues that made it impractical to repair.     This is the 4th phone i have had via Backmarket. I am really pleased with it and have found no problems. I have bought 2 other refurbished phones via Amazon and both had faults which meant they needed to be returned, so BAckmarket will be my go-to company. With regard to the phone i am really pleased with it. I had a S20 Ultra last, and this phone has significantly better cameras.
