Picked the good condition, very nice phone brilliant. The only thing I'm a little bit unsure is the battery as it doesn't last long (I do know it's a refurbished phone) but I bought phones from here before that had s better performance.

It's honestly great! I was nervous about buying a refurbished product as I've never bought one before but it's perfect. No scratches, no issues with performance. Might as well be a new phone. Granted I bought one in Excellent condition but you actually get an excellent condition one. The delivery was quick, there were no issues. Best decision I made in a while.

I could not be happier with my purchase! The ease of ordering, the super speedy postage of the phone which was packaged very well. This is my first time buying a refurbished phone, I will definitely not hesitate to do so again. I did choose a phone in "excellent condition" and I was not let down, it looks and works as if it was brand new from the shop. Have spread the word on how happy I am and hubby is looking to get a refurbished phone through yourselves next month.

The S23 was the best price I could find for a refurbished phone. I always buy refurbished as it’s always best! Phone came and it literally looks as new! It even had the plastic covers around the edges and faces of the mobile! The seller included a FREE case and screen protector which was a nice touch. Delivery was a day later than expected which is disappointing as I’d paid for the delivery! All in all can’t fault the service or the device

Great in all respects other than battery performance, which drains too quickly (and not due to apps in bg, etc). This must be a rare case, because all our other purchases of refurbished phones from Back Market have been brilliant. Disappoint though. (P.S. Only good things to say about Back Market. I bought my Samsung Galaxy S23 in 'Excellent' condition and it looks like a brand new phone. Battery life is amazing, I'm only having to charge it every 2 days and I can't fault it. I can't see any reason to buy a premium quality phone because I've no idea how it can be any better. delivery was very fast and communication was excellent. I'll be buying all my tech from these guys from now on. There's no reason to buy new as far as I can see.

Having been recommended by my daughter, I thought I’d give BackMarket a look. First of all I was very impressed with the website and the range of phones available. The information provided was thorough and helpful so I opted for a Galaxy S23, which arrived 2 days later and was in Immaculate condition, although advertised as “good”.
