    I was rather sceptic about refurbished items. But this phone I ordered was without scratches n fairly clean which was beyond my expectation. My wife broke her S9+ n she was quite pleased with this replacement. Only comment from her was the battery 'seemed' to deplete quicker than her previous. Delivery was quick.     Like others I was unsure as to what the phone would be like when it arrived . It was classed as “Fair “ so I was expecting some scratches or knocks to the casing . I needn’t have worried the Samsung S9 + plus was almost like new with very very few feint scratches that you almost can’t see without looking . The phone was for my wife and if I need a phone in the future I would defiantly be back to buy another from Back Market Mant Thanks

However whilst the phone looks perfect, and generally everything else works fine, the keyboard has issues - area to bottom left "sticks" and it is really difficult to select the required letters in that area without several presses which have to be quite hard.Suggesstions
