Item is dirty, does not work, is the wrong colour and has not been reset. The earphones have turned up absolutely filthy, clearly have not been refurbished at all, they are not the white & blue set I purchased, they also do not even work. The right earbud has a chirping noise and minimal to no volume, which after some research is often due to how dirty & unmaintained they are. Pairing the item it crops up with the previous persons name, clearly hasn't been reset despite how easy the process is. A health hazard.

The buds arrived on time, in good working order and in good quality. However, only the pair of in-ear attachments attached to the headphones were included. As these even have different sizes, the product cannot be used without the additional attachments (€25).
