    Love this Chromebook! In perfect condition. Does exactly what I need and more. Unlocking with my phone and touch screen were a fun bonus! Would recommend this for anyone that needs a laptop for day to day tasks. Love the chrome OS too.

    I needed a quick replacement for my tablet that stopped working recently and I thought a Chromebook would be the best option,the best of both worlds of tablet and laptop. I didn't have a huge budget and I had noticed backmarket a while ago and decided to take a look. Honestly the prices seemedtoo good to be true and I wasn't expecting all that much for the £75 I spent. Well this little Chromebook is awesome. It's far better than described, in excellent condition and a total bargain. I love it and I'm more than happy with my purchase. It arrived quickly very well packaged. I am impressed and I will absolutely use Back market again.

    Purchased the Chromebook, which upon delivery was well packaged and in good condition. One small dent on the lid, but nothing to write home about. Laptop powered up fine. But the 3rd party packaged USB-C charger kept constantly getting red hot when plugged in. Decided not to use this in case of damage to the laptop whilst charging. Had a spare cable. The most fundamental issue I found was that although the chromebook was advertised as 'Qwerty-English'. It is actually physically a US keyboard layout which was frustrating to say the least. Have not returned and we will live with this, but should importantly have been included in the item description. Bit disappointed on this front. But overall, the purchase was good.

    My laptop was old and I needed an inexpensive replacement. This machine has done the job. Loads quickly and for what I need it for works well. It arrived quickly, very well packaged. It represents very good value for money, next time I need new tech I will use Backmarket.

    Good price, and quick delivery with no issues. Not in quite as good condition as hoped, scratches a lot more obvious than detailed. US keyboard, which I wasn’t expecting, but not a huge problem. Screen and keyboard in excellent condition. Would use again.

    No complaints about Back Market at all, we've always received great customer service. However the DPD driver delivering our order could've done a better job. My husband and I were both at home but he didn't even attempt to ring the doorbell, instead just threw our clearly labelled 'fragile' parcel over our garden fence. On opening the package we found the escape key broken away from the keyboard but considering the nature of its arrival we'd expected much worse. Luckily it appears to be working ok. I've knocked off a star as it's a rating of my overall experience and not just of Back Market itself. I'd give Back Market 5 stars.

    Item arrived a day earlier than advertised which was great. Quality of the item is excellent and for price we paid, fantastic deal. Only minor gripe was that I ordered the Black with the Orange trim as advertised in product detail and picture above but, received the all Black version instead (Don't know why?)...any feed back guys! But never mind looks like brand new to me. definitely order again.

    I am so disappointed with this. I have a chromebook i love that i bought new in 2015, but, like all technology when it gets to a certain age, it no longer gets updates as of this year, and certain things, like netflix have stopped working on it. Reluctant to upgrade, and not wanting to pay out too much, i thought i'd be environmentally friendly and buy a refurbished 2019 chromebook from this site. At only 90 pounds, i wasn't expecting much, but it was listed as being in excellent condition, which it is not. There's a crack on the lid, by the hinge. There's what appeared to be a large scratch just below the keyboard, which turned out to actually be a dent. The bottom left of the keyboard actually dips down. And it doesn't look like the product listed. I bought the chromebook that had an orange stripe down the side and orange in the lids logo. The item i received is all black. The charger i got sent with the chromebook didn't even work. Netflix still doesnt work on this chromebook, but most of the other things i use it for works, so it'll do for now i guess. Like i said, it was only 90 pounds (cant even do a pound symbol because they sent me one with an american keyboard tha...

    Chromebook was delivered quickly and had a great finish but the resolution was below what was advertised so I had to return it for exchange. None was available and they issued a quick refund. But I'm still down a laptop and have to find another one now.
