    Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.

    Hp Probook is like new, not a mark on it. It also came with 20Gb rather than the 16Gb stated which is a nice bonus. Used the free upgrade for Win11, it’s a great machine at a great price. Very pleased.

    Great experience on backmarket. No complaints, came quickly and love this thing. However a few months in, the backlit keyboard is only lighting up in the middle and staying on, not going on/off as responsive to touch as it was in the begining. Therefore backlighting functionality ruined. Not sure what to do.

    Laptop came in great condition, just a few scratches on the side near the charging port. Works perfectly except the mouse pad is not very sensitive and takes a few tries sometimes - not sure if it is the model or this laptop specifically. 100% recommend!

    Nothing bad to say about this: Delivery estimate was 5-6 days, arrived in 2; The device itself works perfectly; As it's a Windows 10 device, and presumably had been in storage for a while, there were a large number of updates to install, but that was done and dusted in 90 minutes. Overall, a great piece of kit!

    The order process was very simple. Shipping took at lot longer than anticipated and my order exceeded my delivery date by nearly a week. When I reached out for support to understand what was going on, the support team were friendly but not very helpful. They kept repeating they were reaching out to the shipping team and would get back to me with an update. The update never came. When my item was delivered, someone did call me though to make sure I’d received the item. The item itself is fine. There are quite a few marks/scratches/dints, that I didn’t expect. I obviously understand that I bought a refurbished item and ultimately doesn’t affect the performance of the item. However, I did pay extra for ‘excellent’ condition. Overall, I’m okay with my experience but not sure I would order again.
