    I ordered the ‘good’ spec out of fair, good and excellent. There are two minor scratches on the body of the laptop (they’re tiny and if I didn’t look around I wouldn’t have found them) but other than that it’s basically brand new! Quick to set up. Graphics are good and the speed is really good. Absolutely brilliant! Would recommend to anyone!

    I received the computer in 5 days, with the charger and a bit of paperwork to explain that the computer had been refurbished by HP. The first problem I encountered was that it was impossible to reset the computer, the computer froze and then I was surprised to see that my computer was not an HP Victus 15-FA0026 but an HP Victus 16-r0xxx to conclude with the last problem, the charger is excrementally fragile and in poor condition. The computer is quite good in terms of features even if the fans are triggered quickly and all the time.

    I ordered this PC on 24 Sept and received it on 28 Sept in very good condition, but not in perfect reconditioned condition. No problems to report so far. The exterior is perfect with no sign that it has been used before. The interior remains to be seen, as a few days are not enough to be fully aware of any problems that may have arisen. On the other hand, the only thing to note at the moment is that when I looked at the fans, I saw some dust inside and that when I started up, I had a problem with the PC's internal settings that took quite a long time to sort out. I'm sure it's the result of the manipulations that were made during the refurbishment. In any case, for the moment I recommend it and I haven't had any problems. If ever a problem arises I won't hesitate to come back to my opinion if it can be modified. 7 Oct - I've been using this PC for gaming for some time now, and it's working very well and performing satisfactorily. HOWEVER, BE CAREFUL WITH THE COMPONENTS AND THE STYLE OF GAMES YOU WANT TO PLAY. This PC is very good for the majority of games with a score of over 80% on "Can You Run It" for all games.     The computer corresponds to the advertisement, so I am very satisfied, however for a perfect condition there is a part of one centimeter of the gasket of the screen that was unclipped and part of the aluminum chassis on the ventilation side that was twisted, I think it is during the repackaging at the opening.
