    Arrived ahead of schedule well packed and insulated. Have migrated my old system successfully but found I could not use my old printer as the new Mac runs at 64 bits not 32. So purchased a new printer and attached successfully. Really pleased with performance and the condition of the Mac is excellent and above expectations. My only slight gripe is that the Mac came with a Koorui keyboard and Mouse when I expected a reconditioned one from Apple. The problem is that the @ character is on the 2/" key and the " character is on the '@ key and I don't seem to be able to fix this. Regards Alan Herbage

    I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!

    I have come to live back market, the products are always fantastic and even if there is an issue they sort it out really quickly. I prefer to buy refurbished as it's more eco friendly and that's exactly what back market stands for which is fantastic. high quality goods at cheaper prices and eco friendly, can't fault it at all. my only issue is that the descriptions could be much clearer. as a person with dyslexia I struggle to read black text on a white screen and I misread so ething which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic and it was sorted really quickly.     Other priories dictated a delay in unpacking. Impressed with packaging and the computer but the power cable is very dirty, very long and was sheduled for its next safety check August 2018 - its now January 2025. Power cable was very tight to insert and (at age 83) I hope I do not damage the computer when I replace this lead. Will Back Market supply this replacement lead : 1.5 metre length is what is required. Getting an Apple account was quite a problem - eventually done via iTunes. Now I have to get software that will enable me to continue writing my book and managing family finances etc - should not be a problem - but will not be attempted fro a few days : other priotities again.

I honestly had my reservations after hearing some concerns over the accessories that it comes with My M1 iMac came with all original keyboard, Mouse and charger accessories for this model which was a big relief I think there is chance of this being a different experience for those who bought an intel model but can’t speak for that. Excellent condition means EXCELLENT!     (second attempt!) We've had a struggle, to be honest. 15 attempts to create a new password failed at the last fence, when the verification step either produced nothing, or a message saying effectively "Can't do it; try later" An expert neighbour talked to an Apple agent, who freed the blockage - thought to be caused by an incomplete cleen sweep of the pc. Since then we've clawed our way into Apple-land, but it hasn't appeare as user-friendly as our expert promised! I'll probably stick to my Win 11, while struggling to help my wife get to grips with the new system.
