Phone was excellent value. Really happy with accurate description, easy ordering and very prompt service.. My family have bought goods from this company before so it is our go to company for reconditioned electrical goods. My first phone reconditioned purchase I have had for 5 years aaprox and it’s only its age not being able to use certain apps that made me update phone.

my father was not convinced of buying refurbished. he feared back-market to be a scam even though i convinced him to buy it he still had lots of worries. the phone arrived 2 days later the battery was charged and in good condition with just little scratches around the camera which are not a worry at all. we bought fair and the condition was amazing, literally 2/3 minor scratches ,screen was great and the battery was at 100% which is shocking for a phone which was bought on fair. honestly, my entire family will start purchasing from back-market this phone is honestly dreamy!

Arrived on time as described ref condition. However refurbished parts ( screen) were not genuine and the battery is a-bit lacking for someone who has a handful of apps at most, rarely streams and has a screen time less than 15 mins a day. Would recommend for clarity of purchase , price if in a rush , and communication.

This is the best refurbished phone ive ever received. It came so fast! I ordered the Fair one (cheapest) and it came like BRAND NEW!!! I honestly cant hive a review good enough for the Iphone. Its insanely amazing. Thank you, my daughter will be so happy and i can wrap the case separately now!!! Not even a tint scratch on this phone! Xxxx

I bought this for my 67 year old dad, it was an upgrade from his old iPhone SE which was a work phone. He seems happy with the iPhone 11, good upgrade, bigger screen so it's easier to text on, face recognition so he doesn't have to enter a pin to unlock the phone, camera quality is much better. I suppose the only niggle is the replacement battery is not an apple one and doesn't seem to be lasting as long as his previous phone but there's maybe multiple factors. I think it's only common to charge a phone everyday. I'll have to look at some of his app settings and make sure there's none running in the background on him that he doesn't need. Experience has been good on here and I got a phone for my mum too which I'm waiting for.

I bought the iPhone 11 for my Sisters birthday. It arrived within 24hours. Delivery was excellent. Packed extremely well. The phone itself was absolutely perfect. This is my second phone from Back Market and I would definitely recommend the company for anyone hesitant about re-furbished.
