    The phone was in better condition than expected for being “good”. A few light scratches and battery health at 78%, but no big deal as it lasts the whole day for my use. Would recommend and buy refurbished iPhones on Back Market again!

    Good delivery, easy to use the app and with a good price tag but as they say a little too good to be true as the phone wasn’t in ‘good’ condition… the phone it’s self was in good condition (visually) but using the phone outdoors I couldn’t hear much and the mic was also muffled, after seeing the 20+ check tag and good reviews from friends I had high hopes which unfortunately didn’t pull through, not to mention I paid for a protective glass which travelled back with the phone (not partially refunded) and case which I can’t even use as a paper weight… I will say after sending back and fixtures couldn’t be made a refund was back into the bank within 3 days of postage which beats the 14+ days from other sites.

    I was a little concerned buying another reconditioned phone having had a less than smooth experience returning a faulty one to an Amazon Marketplace seller. No worries here.     My phone arrived quickly and despite not paying for the highest quality refurbished phone, the battery health is 100% and i can’t see any dents/scratches on the back or sides. Trading in my old phone was easy, just waiting for it all to be confirmed and receive payment only issue was they have sent a USBC-USBC (used for newer iphones) and the 13 pro requires the original charger, but i already have one so hasn’t effected me
