    My refurbished iphone was packaged really well and fitted into the letter box, so no need to 'attempt delivery', drive away or leave it outside. A spare charging cable was in the box too. The phone's condition is beautiful. No scratches or marks that I could see. A better condition than I was expecting, according to the sales description. It was easy an easy process, buying from Back Market and delivery was fast.

    Bought this for partner as his was on its way out. To be honest I was a bit sceptical about refurbished having bought something before from another site and it been a complete waste. I have to say this is not the case with this phone it come in excellent condition and as close to brand new condition on the outside as you can get. Everything on the inside works perfect and i am over the moon with my purchase the other half is happier than I am. I’d definitely use this site again for anything really given that the phone is fantastic. Great service arrived well ahead of time and well packed.     At first I was unable to transfer the data to the new phone and spent quite a lot of time getting to the route of it. Eventually I found that the way forward was to assume there was still some data on the phone so I factory reset and deleted. After that it took me just a few minutes to copy from the ole phone and complete. Everything is working fine and I am pleased with the iPhone 8. Could have done either the tool for opening the sim holder but eventually found a paperclip
