    I was very sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone but in all honesty I am shocked at the pristine condition the phone is in! I opted for the iPhone 14 pro as a Christmas gift for my daughter, in excellent condition with no new battery and there isn’t 1 mark, scratch or scuff on it! It wasn’t in it’s original box but did have a charging cable and battery health is at 87%. It is half of the price brand new and to look at, it looks like it is new! Extremely pleased with it and will be purchasing again.

    Brilliant experience. My iphone 14 was marked as 'Good' condition but didn't have a scratch on it. Wouldn't have known it wasn't brand new. Plus it was so much cheaper than other refurbishers. Highly recommended and will use Backmarket again.

    Extremely happy with the iPhone 13 I purchased! It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone and I was a bit worried, but although choosing the cheapest condition option the phone still looks and functions like it's brand new. Will definitely be using BackMarket again :)

    I wanted to upgrade my old phone without breaking the bank. This has all the usability of a brand new iPhone 14 Pro but refurbished. The battery percentage was lower than expected but it still lasts as long as you would expect. Would highly recommend!

    I bought the premium refurbished iphone 14 pro and I would say you couldn’t tell it from brand new. The screen, body and battery were/felt brand new. Well worth spending the extra! The phone was also shipped quickly, and the whole service with backmarket in general is great. I really recommend using backmarket to buy quality refurbished products :)

    My iPhone 14 pro came totally clean and with no scratches at all both on the screen and the body, at good condition! Battery health was at 90% and everything has been working since I got it a few weeks ago. Very worth it, would recommend to others as except for battery health there's no difference between new and refurbished.

    OMG, this is such a bargain! I ordered iPhone 13 pro max in good condition and to my surprise it came in actually mint condition. It’s like brand new as if it just came out of its sealed factory packaging! My daughter is over the moon as it is her birthday present.     Reconditioned iPhone 12/128GB - Black - Unlocked + protective case ordered as a Christmas present, therefore, not yet in use. However, the items arrived ahead of schedule and were expertly packed for shipment. The iPhone was In immaculate condition with handy aide memoir providing information about transferring data from old phone to new and included a USB-C charging cable. Thank you for a quality used product at a very competitive price. Although not yet in use and time will tell this product could easily pass for brand new.

    This was a Xmas present for my partner, her phone broke so she has had it early. I paid for an “excellent” refurbishment but as soon as the phone was started it flashed up that the battery wasn’t an Apple battery, also seems like a few times it’s been on a go slow for certain apps but then works perfectly again after 10 minutes. She is very ver the moon with the phone but I’m a little disheartened that these messages are popping up so she is unable to check the battery life given the price paid.

    Phone is in almost new condition it looks great and works great, the only con is the new battery that has been fitted when refurbished is not an apple battery so there is a warning about the battery that will not go away, otherwise fantastic product amd service yet again!
