It arrived in great condition. A few days early with the delivery which I'm definitely not going to complain about! One tiny dent at the top, but it didn't affect the performance whatsoever. Great refurbished product overall. Would recommend!

The device is OK, but I question the refurbished part. The area around the keyboard where wrists rest were filthy along with the area around the power button. The screen was also dirty. Looks like they took an x business laptop, reset the OS or imaged it and didn’t bother to clean it. Quite disgusting the amount of filth I had to clean off it. Good price for the laptop though providing the battery life holds up.

This laptop is sturdy, well made and is lovely condition; the service was first class. However, unless you know the limitations of Windows 11 SE, be very wary when buying this item. You can only download apps from the Microsoft App store and even then, only the ones that SE will allow. Also, you cannot move over to an ordinary Win 11 environment; the SE software will not allow it; this is highly limiting. Only consider this item if you can live almost entirely in the Microsoft world. Lastly, the processor is somewhat sluggish. However, for word processing and basic internet and email work, it is fine.

Nice device. Great display quality, battery life is surprisingly good and recharges very quickly. Possibly a bit light on memory as Chrome started to chug a bit with lots of tabs, but if you keep it simple, it'll perform well.

Took a few days to run smoothly - due to syncing data I assume - however when I run games the fan comes on quite loud, but the games do run smoothly - considering it is not a gaming laptop. Laptop looks and works as advertised. Really recommend the seller for transparency on the condition and performance of the laptop. The laptop did not come with original box, but that's okay as it nicely packaged with all the accessories mentioned in the order. Buying a the end of 2024, these 2019 laptops are still well built, functional, and snappy. :)
