    I love it! Seriously I am so pleased! It does exactly what I want it to do plus it is a 2 in 1. Was easy to order and came really quickly! Plus a good variety of ways to pay! Ment I could put it on Klana and get screen protector and case! Would definitely use again!

    Received the Microsoft Surface Book 2 very quickly, in very good condition (just a few micro-scratches). I had ordered it with a Qwerty keyboard because I was pressed for time and needed a hybrid PC with decent features (memory, processor, etc.) like the Book 2 before moving across the Atlantic. Unfortunately, the hybrid PC isn't fully usable. The screen part, which can normally be detached to be used as a tablet, is dysfunctional because its battery was at 0% when I received it. You need to charge the battery to detach the screen, and the charging port is under the screen, hidden by the Surface Book's characteristic hinge... I hadn't tested the PC on the day I received it and unfortunately I didn't realise it until I was using it a few days later. I contacted the helpdesk (Saturday) waiting for a solution... still waiting (Tuesday)... I'd be happy to rectify my opinion at a later date once I've had a chance to really test the PC/tablet, but it doesn't look good at the moment...

    The keyboard is AZERTY due to the black stickers on it, so it's not native (grey stickers would have been better...). the screen is superb, the product is very good in general. I don't know the state of the battery because I don't use the computer myself, but it's mainly used when I'm not on the move, so it's constantly plugged into the mains. Overall, we are very satisfied.

    Product fully complies with my expectations and the description on the website. I'm really pleased with my purchase. I have one tiny doubt about the charger: I've already noticed that my PC was charging and that when I used it, it stopped charging! Simply unplugging it and plugging it back in restored the charge, which doesn't seem to me to be a normal situation. However, it's quite rare, so maybe it's my fault. To be continued.....But I'm still very satisfied with my tablet and its condition. Perfect
