    Honestly can't fault anything. I was looking for days unable to decide, then the device came down another £30 and it was too good not to. Laptop arrived a day before expected (bonus 1). Laptop has touchscreen even though the tech specs state it does not (bonus 2). The battery life is actually impressive and I am surprised given the laptop is refurbished (bonus 3) Condition of the laptop is very good, I ordered the "Fair" condition and honestly other than a very light scratch on the outer top case, it's perfect (bonus 4) All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

    The laptop arrived with a very wobbly hinge! A bit annoying that the refurbishers didn't address this as it only took me 1 youtube tutorial and a quick 15 minute DIY job to fix. Aside from that, I'm a happy customer.

    Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long? My daughter recommended Back Market as she has used for her son's school work. I was so thrilled, my husband updated his tablet & equally delighted.

    The delivery was super fast, they estimated around like one week, but it came in 2 to 3 days (I'm living in the UK). Big kudos to the support team, I ordered the item at a wrong address (wrong postal code), and Issah from Customer Service reached me and fix the problem in no time.     The Dell laptop ordered was delivered quickly and worked fine except that one of the keys was a not sitting quite right. On removing the key found that the key clip was missing a tiny lug that held it together. Bought a replacement clip online from a well-known used items website rather than send the unit back under guarantee since was not sure if the guarantee covered this and didn't want to have to wait before using the laptop.

    Easy to order a laptop that fully met the advertised product and my expectations. Delivery time was excellent and efficient. My only disappointment is that I am unable to access what I would consider to be an operating manual, but this is more an issue with Dell rather than Back Market

    I bought this Dell laptop from back market. I am honestly suprised with the condition of the laptop it looks brand new and also runs like brand new. I have another laptop that i brought brand new and this is way better than that laptop.I am 100% using this site again for all my tech needs. I strongly recommend you all do too. My delivery was quicker than the delivery date i was told but that is always a plus in my books😁
