    Bought for my cousin. It’s a good phone, only issue changing over SIM and memory card quite fiddly, had to take it to 02 shop who did it straight away, said Sony phones are a bit tricky. Fine now it’s working perfectly.

    good packaging fast shipping came from germany in 3 days, the phone without much was as it came out of the production factory with the original software and got immediately without any problems the next 2 android upgrades,the battery if not opened is in good condition,these in the pluses for now,charger cable only for recycling,didn't bother me at all as I have a genuine one from the same previous model,now I'm waiting for the Galaxy Note10+ to see how it will be.

    The service is great, but the same cannot be said of the product. Firstly, the camera did not work (neither the internal nor the external one). Even formatting the problem was not solved. Then the cart to insert the nano sim was broken. Finally, in the hole for inserting the headphone jack, a piece of a jack cable was stuck inside and had broken off. The fact that I managed to solve this last problem makes me think that the team that supposedly fixed the phone didn't even look at it before shipping it. In any case, I have purchased a couple of other times from this site and can confirm that this is fortunately only an isolated case. The delivery service was fast, the same goes for returns (they even refunded my back market commission). As for the device, given the various problems, I wasn't able to test it much. All I can say is that the phone is old and the specifications are not exceptional. I guess it is suitable for installing a custom rom (if I'm not mistaken, /e/os also supports this device).

    The phone's screen came off for no reason after 3 months. Throw away abroad for a long trip so too expensive to have it shipped for warranty. I had however taken the best quality aspect.
