My refurbished iPhone 13 mini is great. The only minor point to raise is that it clearly been refurbished with a non-Apple battery and I keep getting notifications telling me that the device can’t recognise the battery and that as a consequence the battery health reporting may be inaccurate. Not what I was expecting! Any hints on how to get the phone to verify the battery?

First time buying off Back Market and would highly recommend to anyone else that are contemplating buying a refurbished phone from them. My device that I purchased which was a Google Pixel 8 Pro, came in great condition and works perfectly almost as if it truly is a completely brand new phone. Will definitely buy from them again.

After much deliberation, nervousness, and a slight leap of faith, I decided to order an iPhone 15 Pro Max (256 GB) - Excellent condition, from this website. The seller listed was BEST4TECH, and after receiving my phone, all my worries were resolved. The phone in absolute pristine condition - no scratches or dents (for both the back panel and the screen). There was no discolouration anywhere and the phone looked practically new. The bigger surprise was that when I started using the phone, I discovered that the battery health was at 100%, with only 105 battery cycles. It even has Apple's limited warranty until September, 2025. I even noticed that features like True Tone was available, which indicated that the screen was Apple's original. Overall, my experience was perfect. I do not mean to say that this is going to be the experience of every single customer, but I believe that BEST4TECH maintains a high standard of refurbishing and it is worth buying products from them. Bought a iPhone 14 pro in 'good' conditions and I am very happy with it. Arrived with no scratches front and back and it works perfectly, have not found any fault with it and the 120hz screen is lovely. Battery life is at 87% which is higher then I expected from a refurbished phone. Will look to get a replacement for my wife as well soon.

I am so pleased with the condition of this refurbished iPhone 14. I chose a phone with more GB storage and good condition and the phone only had a very minor scratch on the body- hardly noticeable and I will be using a case anyway. Phone came with a battery life of 86% as well. definitely worth getting a 2nd hand phone from Back Market instead of new.

I bought a Google pixel 8 Pro in November 2024 from back market. The phone was delivered quickly, it actually arrived one day earlier than estimated and the condition was perfect, exactly as described on the website. (It was like a new phone apart from it did not come in the original packaging). I've been using the phone for about 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with it and I'm glad that I opted to buy reconditioned rather than brand new as I saved hundreds of pounds. I would definitely buy from back market in the future.
