As stated the condition was excellent of the Chromebook only saw a slight scratch on the top but you would have to really go looking for anything. Charger was slightly bent but works just fine and fully charged. Happy with the product and was delivered super quickly. Very good experience

The Chromebook was delivered promptly, a day or so earlier than I expected it. The condition was as described. It was very easy to set up and my husband, who is not at all tech minded, is very happy with it.

Great service, could only get student discount via student beans that were really hard to get ahold of so due to some fumbling I didn’t actually end up getting my discount, but it was only for £20 off anyway. Laptop arrived before estimated delivery date and I love it!

Really fantastic laptop, little old but in great condition and looks like new. One quirk is that the keyboard is US (might have missed that in the description) but it's not really an issue to either get used to a US keyboard or change the input to UK and go off muscle memory when typing. My only real complaint is about delivery - this was on time to the original estimate but the tracking information was only updated in the mid morning on day of delivery (when the laptop was already out for delivery) after no change for days to even suggest it was dispatched. I wasn't actually in for delivery because of this and it ended up going to a neighbour. If ordering again I would want that to be improved as I usually prefer to make sure I'm in or redirect to a trusted neighbour and not a random picture of a door and dressing gown. Totally appreciate that is on the 3rd party seller/delivery company though, and all is well that ends well!

I bought this chrome book for my daughter who is currently at uni. Delivery was next service. She’s had it for about 2 weeks or so now and her feedback so far is excellent. She tells me it’s just what she needed for her course work (and more) and does everything she wants it to do. It’s quiet to use and lightweight to carry-perfect! .ONE very happy daughter! ❤️☺️

Not a good purchase. I chose this seller because ensured the products are fully checked as part of the refurbishment. However it is clear that they are not, as the laptop could not even start up! Over a couple of weeks wasted for now as they suggested to send it back after trying to instruct some quick fix over the email back&forth. I would not choose this seller if your work depends on the product you are purchasing as it can result in a significant inconvenience. Neither the seller has offered compensation. Finally, BackMarket web shows confusing when posting a bad review (under 3.2 out of 5 starts), unsusre if the review is posted as it sends me instead to their Help Center, which I already used but the only suitable option was to return the item to the seller.

I am loving my Acer Travelmate B3. It's lightweight, the touch-screen interface works perfectly. Very happy with the perfomance and overall condition.
