Excellen service from Backmarket I bought these AirPods for my daughter for Xmas as her dog had eaten her original ones. I have no complaints about the quality which was definitely as new but did realise they would have cost only a few quid more brand new. I’m comforting myself with the fact it’s better to recycle than keep buying new stuff.

Now my go to place to replace all phones etc. Great service and no shoddiness! Items properly packed. My last ear pods a Christmas present but I trust backmarket enough to wait! Highly recommend!

Ordered these AirPods arrived today fast delivery well packaged and they look just like new. Haven't tried them out yet as they are for my daughter

They work perfectly only gripe would be the charge is not that great good enough though well worth the money

One airpod was significantly lower volume than the other but still usable, can’t really complain with the price discount but also can’t give 5 stars, either way better than paying full price 👍🏾

They were work perfectly but when I got them the case felt lose and when shook you could something loose but apart from that great!!

The fair condition was accurately stated for the Airpods. There were cosmetic marks and scratches on it. So no surprises, they are functional so far. Nothing to complain. So far so good.
