Excellent sound as you would expect from an Apple product. These were rated Excellent, but the mesh on the headphones had creases in them. Doesn't affect the performance but they are meant to be like new, and these weren't.

The only issue i have is that the previous owner hasn’t deleted the AirPod max’s off of their iCloud account. So they are still classed as ‘his’ . Other than that I’m happy with my order.

There’s still an Apple ID attached to these AirPods and I cannot get in contact with a real human being to help me get in touch with the previous owner to get it removed. There is no option about Apple IDs. Quite disappointing.

Excellent, I received it within 24 hours, ordered it in perfect condition, received the box perfectly with the cable and instructions. The headset works perfectly in all modes and charges without a problem. No scratches either.
