Yes everything good service delivery etc. PC kept dropping of the internet every few minutes which was frustrating however I ran a few virus tests and seems a lot better now. Will see how it goes for the next month If I experience further problems maybe can return to you to fix properly. Thanks Graham Power

I ordered a coffee machine which cost me £950 18 months ago and it is not working now I know its a year warranty but expect it to last longer than a year sales are no help at all saying it is out of warranty I have learnt a very expensive lesson do not buy refurbished it does not last be careful

Really pleased with the product, arrived quickly and is in superb condition.

Still waiting to receive it, no help from Back Market, who appear to have stolen my money and ran. Complete scam, and woeful customer services.

The package arrived earlier than scheduled so I was not at home to pick it up, it was left at the nearest Ups collection point. When I went to pick it up the box had some damage, broken and bumps, but the computer works perfectly and there are no scratches or bumps that could have been caused by the way the box was. The screws to mount the foot of the computer were not included. In the advertisement it said that it was the model MSI Modern AM271P 11M and in the system information the model is MSI Modern TGL-U AM241.

Everything went very smoothly. The PC ordered was complete and works perfectly. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished one and I don't regret it.

Fast, good product but the Windows licence was about to expire as it was a company licence, I had to buy one and the Windows was in French, I had to reinstall it in Spanish, it didn't say so in the description, otherwise fine.
