I bought a Google pixel 8 Pro in November 2024 from back market. The phone was delivered quickly, it actually arrived one day earlier than estimated and the condition was perfect, exactly as described on the website. (It was like a new phone apart from it did not come in the original packaging). I've been using the phone for about 3 weeks now and I'm very happy with it and I'm glad that I opted to buy reconditioned rather than brand new as I saved hundreds of pounds. I would definitely buy from back market in the future.

A Refurbished , Google Pixel 7a phone was delivered a couple of days from ordering with BackMarket . I needed a replacement phone because my old one had almost ground to halt , but I didn't want to spend a ridiculous amount of money on a new one as I wanted to pay for the total cost upfront and avoid paying back on a 24 or 36Month contract. Very pleased with the phone that was delivered - a very good price for a phone that was originally released May 2023 and I've actually got sufficient working memory now , so everything is far more responsive .

Refurbished iPhone 15 Pro arrived very promptly in very good condition (I bought the 'excellent' grade). Battery was 89% storage capacity and had around 530 previous charging cycles on it when I got it - so far it holds its charge reasonably well. So far I am very happy with this purchase, but perhaps would have been even happier if the battery had a capacity of more than 90%.
