Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Working well. Only concern is that the box didn’t say Apple on it, or have the Apple symbol, which made me wonder about the validity. Is this because you make the boxes when you recondition the AirPods?

Very happy with my purchase was slightly worried about buying refurbished however upon arrival no issues and very happy with the service provided would highly recommend buying refurbished as they feel brand new down to the unboxing experience

As an Apple product this item is still latched to another account, making it a security issue. Case battery is on its last gasp, but ok for the price. The item is functional at a first look and keeps up with original standards.

So happy that I can still buy the older models with the better shape. These were “excellent” and visibly they are so. Not a scratch on them. Battery is good. Their connection is pretty poor (worse than my gen 1s that I was replacing so not an age thing) and the sound is a bit crackly sometimes (not high volume cracking, just normal listening). The cable provided was not genuine Apple (wasn’t advertised like that or anything) so as with most knock-offs, it is hard to get it to actually charge anything. I swung by the Apple Store to buy a new one which works perfectly (proving it was the cable)

Good quality AirPods. The sound, the definition & noise cancellation is fab. I thought Apple would have sorted the ‘one bud falls out of your ear’ issue by now but seemingly not. Still the quality of this product is fantastic.

I've had two pairs of Airpods, but I've always been one to buy from the provider. I decided to take a chance with Back Market, and I've been delighted with my purchase. When my AirPods arrived, it was like opening up the box from Apple itself. That's one of the beautiful things about buying Apple products. The case is slightly scratched, but you have to go looking for it to notice. The AirPods themselves are great and show no signs of wear and tear. Needless to say, I'm happy with my purchase.

Incredibly happy with the airpods - they’re in absolutely perfect condition. Not a single fault on them. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery but no fault of the seller, however, the Back Market team dealt with the entire situation incredibly - constant updates and support. I received the package in perfect shape. It looked as new, original AirPods as i checked the serial number, but it says 2021! As long as I checked, it is 2019! I am satisfied with my order after 10 days. But it is a lie that it is AirPods Pro 2021! Just for people who have doubts, the case charges from 15% to 100% in around 1.5 hours. AirPods with 100% works watching movies or listening to music for nearly 4 hours. And the case with 100% charges the AirPods for 3 times.
