This was brought for my son as a Christmas present. I did pay the extra for an original Apple box and also I paid out extra for a good quality refurbished iPad. The result was my son was super happy with what he’d been given, it was in excellent condition without a single mark on it as if it was brand new. I would highly recommend anyone to go down the refurbished route and read up on what you are buying as many of these products actually have never been used. Happy shopping all and I hope your experience is as good as mine.

Initially I was a little sceptical about buying a refurbished iPad however I couldn’t be happier with the service from Back Market. Super fast delivery for Christmas…great packaging (box was on a par with Apple packaging) and so far completely delighted with the device and battery life. 12 month warranty also included. A perfect first experience!

A really fine bit of kit - kudos to the refurbisher! A teensy tinsy issue that occurred was remedied by alert staffers toot sweet. I wouldn’t buy my Apples from anyone else because I know Back Market service is unbeatable. Highly recommend.

In one word: Lovely The iPad was in mint condition as advertised. It was officially registered as a refurbished sale with Apple and therefore covered by Apple's remaining original warranty, with the option to add AppleCare+ on top of it. Backmarket offers their own insurance products as well to cover it from accidental damage. What's not to like?

Product as described. Few minor scratches but that was expected with a refurbished product! Not had one of these generation of Ipads before but it charges very slowly. Overall I am happy with my purchase.

So I got this for my friend, three weeks after I got mine. Exact same model and condition, it looks as new as mine did. No complaints at all. This is my 4th purchase from back market in 3 months and all my devices are literally soooo good. I’d always choose refurbished over new tech tbh

I bought this at a fair quality, the only minor scratches I could see were so tiny on the edge of the ipad, it practically looked brand new. works well, 11/10 would buy refurbished electronics on here again

I was really nervous about buying a refurbished ipad from backmarket but I am really pleased bought fair so expected a few dings and dents but nothing that affected any buttons the screen was perfect and in a case hides everything. This site was recommended by my daughter who bought an ipad for her daughter and was pleased. I would recommend black market and have to everyone my son is going to also purchase an ipad and I will also use in the future thank you

Ordered this for my granddaughter for Christmas it’s in perfect condition and arrived very quickly.
