Order never dispatched. It’s been 2 weeks of back and forth with woeful customer service and I have no order and no refund. They are currently arguing that a valid UK driving license isn’t a reasonable form of ID. I feel like I am being scammed

Apple tvn works but not remote control! Been trying to charge it for over a week now! But unfortunately it does not work! Fortunately, I have several Appel TVs at home, so I borrowed it and got it to work!

It works super well especially with VPNs and being able to connect directly to the network means that the network doesn't go down.

The product was dispatched promptly, but there was a small snag: there was no HDMI cable but an ethernet cable in the box labelled HDMI. I think it was a packaging error.

The Apple TV is clean, in good condition and works well. Delivered quickly and in solid packaging.
