Fast and efficient transaction. However, the description of the features on Backmarket is not reliable. I had to contact the seller directly to get the right information. Last point, when buying a refurbished ASUS PC, register the device as soon as possible on the ASUS site and check the warranty period. I've been fighting with Asus for over a week now because, after registering, my device is recognised as having a 6-month warranty instead of a 2-year warranty!

I received the order very quickly (in 2 days). The computer looks and functions like new. A nice surprise for me, as I had my doubts about refurbished computers. It's a habit I'm definitely going to adopt.

Received on time, but the rear cover is missing 6 screws. In game mode (the Sims), the battery only lasts an hour after a full charge. In office mode, it doesn't last much longer. Overall, I have mixed feelings about the refurbishment, despite the fact that the PC is a pleasure to use.

The computer arrived well packed. Windows 11 already installed. It works very well. A bit of fan noise when the GPU is working hard but that's ok. I hope it will make me 15 years like my last ASUS!!!! Thanks Back Market :)

Pc as described is working very well so far. The only downside is that the carrier used (tnt/fedex) has very big problems with deliveries (cf:truspilot) 3 days or the deliverer says impossible to contact the recipient when I was well at home, customer service on the phone very unpleasant that offers no solution and tells me that the deliverer is not obliged to call me when he is there for my package ?????
