I am delighted with my purchase of the asus Zenbook from Back Market. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and exactly as described. The computer took a little while to get used to, but in all honesty, for a refurbished computer in perfect condition, it's great. No scratches, all keys work. Really very happy with this purchase!

Pc received two days ago, the cosmetic condition is OK, just small scratches on the pc (nothing very serious). However, what bothers me the most is the fact that the "Caps lock" button is physically disconnected (it's as if it jammed). It also lacks a jack port, which was indicated on the description. On the other hand, I was surprised to discover that the keyboard was backlit, which wasn't mentioned in the description. In conclusion, I'm going to test it for 1 month to see if the problem with the Caps lock key is resolved or not and then I'll see if I return the product.

Great product, delivered on time. I had the same one in training that I had to return, so I knew what to expect but it was mainly in terms of reconditioning. Well, not surprisingly, it's a success. Perfect little work computer, practical, light. A 10/10!
