Unfortunately the product came incomplete. There was a small but very significant item missing for the blender, a little rubber ring and unfortunately the whole soup is slowly running out from the bottom of the blender while mixing and leaving a whole mess on the blenders base. Customer support was great except for missing return label which made the whole process delayed and keep in mind that return policy is only 2 weeks. Thanks for support anyway!

The robot is in the condition indicated, so it's fine, but we'll have to see how it performs in use, so it's a good deal! However, some accessories and the recipe book were missing and this was not indicated. A commercial gesture was offered. I took out the 3-year extended warranty, but it was superimposed on the 12-month commercial warranty, so in the end I lost a year's warranty. Not very cool and not explained, as I thought I'd get a 4-year guarantee, which isn't the case. It's a shame.

Have only had it for a short time ... but still so far everything I have done with it goes well and fast. I find it especially important that hot things can also and the lid does not pop off while preparing ... other experience other brands 🙈

the blender is perfect, it arrived like new as predicted! very well protected packaging, nothing could happen during transport! It was quickly put to good use in the kitchen and we're already using it almost every day. It's powerful enough to make plant-based milks. However, I haven't yet tried almond and hazelnut paste with it, but I have no doubt that it will succeed. One small downside: in the large blender, it's difficult to blend a large quantity of soup at a time, as the power causes the liquid to rise and spill out (despite the lid).

Very fast delivery, even ahead of schedule! The product was as described and worked very well. Just a small problem with the packaging, which consisted of simple cellophane plastic wrapped around the original box (with a second product) which was damaged in transit.

Perfectly cosmetic device. The packaging was missing to make it look as good as new. As you don't cook with the cardboard, it's not really a problem. So 99% satisfied. The only thing missing is the instructions, which are in German and English. If you have one in French, I'll take it and add the percentage.
