I ordered a Dell Chromebook which arrived quick and works great. Specs are exactly as described (the 32GB storage was important to me, another seller had sent one with only 16 GB for which BackMarket arranged a refund) and the battery health is also not bad, lasts about 6 hours. Orion seems like a trustworthy seller, would use again!

This is my second Back Market purchase following an iPhone 13. The Asus Chromebook I bought was a really good price, it arrived well packaged and within a few days. The laptop feels like new and powers up no problem and no lag in using it. Will be interested to see how it good it is in a couple of years with frequent use.

Quick delivery, bought Chromebook in "fair" condition but only 1 mark on the outside case. Slight issue with pixellation on top left of screen at first but faded with use. Touchpad a little less sensitive in some areas but fine overall. Hardest thing to get used to has been the change in position of some of the punctuation keys, particularly the @, which on my old Toshiba chromebook was by the :; key, but on here is on the 2 key! A very good buy overall. Thanks for providing the opportunity to buy re-conditioned Chromebooks! Just a shame you didn't want my old Tosh as a trade in, but fair's fair - it is ancient!

Both Backmarket and the device were brilliant. Backmarket made purchasing and understanding what you're getting super straight forward. They enable you to purchase used refurb devices which help the environment, with th security of a returns and warranty promise. The PixelBook Go, whilst a few years old now, is fast and although purchase under the 'Good' condition was delivered looking perfect! Overall very pleased and would highly recommend.

I got this pre-owned chromebook for my grandson to do school work. It arrived in a few days, very well packaged. It operates as you would expect it to and it has a better spec than a new one would have at a higher price. It makes sense to re-use electronic devices.

The chromebook was in good condition and worked very well. My only feedback would bee that it came with a US spec keyboard. I was offered a full refund when I reported this but my daughter was happy to keep it. Very good customer service

Absolutely amazing! What a great little gadget, you will have to but the stylus separate however, for what I use it for it’s not really needed. You can just use the touchscreen like a tablet when you fold over the keyboard. Couldn’t have treated myself to a better laptop to start the year.

This is the 4th item I've purchased from Backmarket and I've been highly delighted with all of them. Accurate descriptions on all items and quick delivery. I ordered my Chromebook for delivery on the 31st December however, It arrived on Christmas eve - one day after ordering. Condition is exactly as described, very good clear touchscreen. Folds back so can be used as a tablet - just an all round great product at a fraction of the cost new. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

For my price range I didn’t think I could find a laptop with these specs and quality. Definitely prefer windows and IOS to Chrome OS, but for the hardware, amazing condition, and value for money it’s 100% worth it.
