Very good but no instructions, no recipe book, it was a bit complicated to find out how to use it. It's a shame, we should think about reselling products with at least the instructions. Otherwise a very good reconditioned product

No detailed description of what was in the lot or what has been reconditioned. The food processor itself is as good as new and the rest is in good condition but very dirty. I got a bowl and a whisk as extras, but above all all the chopper options, i.e. 2 other sets of utensils included. And no matter how much I reread what I bought, it wasn't marked as included.

Well-packaged parcel, arrived on the advertised date. This is a birthday present for 31 December. We hope it works well but we did not try it before giving it. Our daughter knows it's reconditioned...

Today I tested the food processor that I received a few days ago. The delivery was fast, the robot in its original box as new. The robot works perfectly. Given the price I paid I can only be completely satisfied.
