Hi all, I bought myself a refurbished laptop from Back Market and the whole experience was great. Good website - easy to use. Good range on offer - meeting different pockets and requirements. Swift delivery - got it a day earlier than forecast. Great customer service - plenty of communication (but not too much) and follow-up action to check all was well. Overall - a first-rate experience and I'm delighted with my new Dell laptop. Well done guys; as Arnie would say: I'll be back!

Laptop arrived as expected, howvever the battery life deteriorated quite significantly after roughly 9 months. It was kindly repaired however the same issue has occured in a short space of time and is now beyond warranty so will have to replace the battery myself.

I'm very happy with my laptop. It's practical, functional and easy to use. What's more, its compact size makes it easy to carry around. The delivery was fast and the computer was well protected.

The computer was received on time, within a week, nothing out of the ordinary there, I've already seen much faster on backmarket. Good surprise, it's really the advertised product! Powerful and ultra-portable for 1/10th of its new price 5 years ago. Admittedly, it's only in fair condition (marked "good") because of the numerous scratches on the screen caused by the fold-out keyboard, but you only notice them when it's switched off. The rest is perfectly functional and in very clean cosmetic condition. Battery life isn't great, but that's logical given its age. At this price, frankly nothing to complain about. Seller to recommend.

Perfect condition! Battery life around 11h, just browsing the internet with wifi and lighting halfway through. No visible defects on the device, which corresponds in every respect to the description. I'm delighted with my purchase!
