Delivery within 1 day. Correct packaging, well protected. Windows does not start up correctly. I'm a bit familiar with PCs, I tinker and it works. Finally first purchase on backmarket I'm happy. But I do not inflame.

Good evening, I'm a bit disappointed with the chosen one visually. For perfect condition, it's ugly from an aesthetic point of view. Probably an error on the website between perfect condition and correct. I should have taken the very good condition. Best regards. T. Douillet

Not much to report....the product works well and the delivery was on time. The only small thing is that I think the packaging inside the box could have been stronger.

The device works perfectly, no problems. Amazingly fast delivery. The machine is almost identical to my old workstation, so I had all the necessary wires and cables already in place.

3 days delay is not a big deal. The product has been received, and is in the condition described on the sales page. However, I do not wish to and cannot give 5 stars for a simple reason. The tracking of the parcel was hellish, and both Backmarket and the delivery companies gave me at least 2 or 3 versions in the same week, testifying to the fact that they had no idea what was going on. I would therefore stress the importance of choosing the right partners and ensuring proper follow-up so that customers can be properly informed. This delivery was a battle. Complications are possible, but knowing how to explain them is preferable.
