I have come to live back market, the products are always fantastic and even if there is an issue they sort it out really quickly. I prefer to buy refurbished as it's more eco friendly and that's exactly what back market stands for which is fantastic. high quality goods at cheaper prices and eco friendly, can't fault it at all. my only issue is that the descriptions could be much clearer. as a person with dyslexia I struggle to read black text on a white screen and I misread so ething which was disappointing but the customer service was fantastic and it was sorted really quickly. I am going to be ordering phones for my teenagers very soon as Christmas isn't far away and I'll definitely be buying them from back market.

High quality machine, refurbished to a really good standard. I'm still moving stuff from my old machine, which is taking longer than I had hoped - shows how old my original machine is. Super fast delivery, and good communication. Really happy with the service received.

I’ve found no issue with the item. The only indication that it wasn’t new was the label reading “Apple certified refurbished”. Every aspect is pristine. It’s such an upgrade over my desktop for music production and 3D modelling, and it cost less than I’d expect to shill out on a new GPU alone. I wasn’t sure if I was shooting myself in the foot by getting the 8GB model, but the memory is so fast that it really outperforms my super slow 32GB of DDR3, at least for my use-cases.

Very happy with this purchase. 1st time buying a refurbished item so was a bit sceptical but have to be honest and say the unit came in excellent condition and has been operating GarageBand with no issues since.

Incredible service! Received my computer 2 days later, which was a few days before it was due - so I am beyond happy! Computer looks brand new - as if it was brand new and not refurbished. 100% recommend!

Always wanted an imac. Decided to go with back market and had an excellent experience. The computer showed up promptly after two days in the original apple imac box. On inspection the computer was spotless like new and runs and works perfectly. I'm so happy I chose back market for my purchase.

I am quietly ecstatic about my 21.5” iMac! Almost set itself up on its own, it’s squeaky clean and unmarked. I’m less chuffed by the keyboard and mouse combo, a bit plasticky and a bit of a faff. The rechargeable battery is useful but not enough for me to fall in love. On the other hand, my old ally-cased Magic Keyboard and keypad works perfectly so no probs. All in all, you’ve played a blinder: well done!

Thrilled with my IMac, had been thinking about changing my old one for a while as it was getting very slow and freezing but the cost of a new one was daunting. Was recommended Back market by a friend. Delivery was as promised and it is as good as new, couldn't be happier.

Ordered and paid for an M2 Mac Mini on the Thursday, it arrived the next day. It looks flawless, like it’s only just come out of the box for the first time. Really pleased with the service and speed!
