I ordered the HP Elite and it arrived on time and my grandson came round and installed it for me .It is working great and I am pleased with it as it is far faster than my previous one . I am very pleased with it. Many Thanks.

The quality of the refurb on the machine made it seem brand new. It's in pristine condition and works flawlessly. My wife, who I got the machine for, is over the moon and her aging laptop (which was essentially used as a desktop) can now go off to the Dixons in the sky. I was also impressed with the speed of delivery given that it came over from Ireland. It was well packed and protected and everything required was included (granted that was only a display port cable and power cord) so it was plugged in and running within 5minutes of arrival! Superb experience.

This was my second purchase from BM as expected delivery etc was fast and efficient. The device was well priced however the physical condition of the case was beyond what I could accept as fair. An additional issue with the computer (Fan) would have made the intended use less desirable in its current condition.

This was a gift for someone so I had to wait until I left my review, but everything is great I was a little worried about condition only being good, but all it has is some very minor scratches on the top Internally it all works perfectly and is running great Also be aware a lot of mini pcs use mini hdmi/ mini dp cables and not full sized Came packaged securely. Super fast delivery. Condition is just like brand new. This desktop is one of the quickest I've owned to date. Pc loads in 15 seconds and barely if any load times between opening applications and browsing.

The computer is nice and quiet and I was a bit worried about it not having a disc drive but I bought an external disc drive for about £15.The delivery was speedy and took little time to be up and running. The operating system is modern (windows 11 pro)and the computer is as good as new.

Solid little windows pc, only let down by the lack of space inside the case, had to buy an enclosure to add the sata drive from my old pc, but should have done my homework and known that before I bought it. Performance is great, upgradeable to Windows 11, all in all a bargain at under £100.

Great product. Super fast delivery. Phoned me a few hours after order placed to say that the original PC wasn't up to their standard for condition so they replaced with a better PC for free and shipped it out same day. Was kept in contact with the entire time. Would highly recommend. V happy.

The computer seems fine, I was a little disappointed that there was no power supply and Lenovo uses a proprietary HDMI cable, but I'll know for next time. I would be happy to buy more of these, I've only had this one for a few days so I'm still setting up.
