the earbuds themselves are flwless. no marks, no scratches, super beautiful case and sent in the original packaging with all the original extras in the bix (the different sized silicone pieces, charger, booklet). My only issue was that they were a little dirty and I did not expect it. I didn't mind cleaning them, I would have cleaned them before use anyway but still an unexpected "surprise". All in all very satisfied with this purchase.

Very impressed. Easily navigated the website to find the buds (& at a great price too). Dispatched sooner than stated (next day!! Amazing turnaround) Product thus far seems superb. Excellent condition (true to their word) & I have to say, these buds are actually far better than my previous buds which were, shall we say, from "more renound audio companies". Very pleased. Now just hoping the product has longevity!

Comfortable. Excellent features when paired with an Apple product, however, despite an above average (no better than that) bass, the top end overpowers everything else. Could definitely benefit from a stronger middle frequencies boost and a significant drop in high end frequencies.

Just what my son was looking for. After owning several pairs or airpods he wanted something different. They look brand new and for a fraction of the price. No complaints. Item was well packaged and arrived quickly. Will definitely use again

My first experience buying from Back Market has honestly been excellent, though on a couple of instances the ear buds have stopped unexpectedly straight after a full charge and I've had to charge them back up to reconnect. Hopefully a minor and isolated glitch

I’ve had my Powerbeats for a month now. They are in great condition and the sound quality is fantastic. Case and headphones charge with no issues. Delivery was quick (3 days) and the controls work well. Took me some time to realise that headphones turn off automatically when removed and put in case as it is not obvious from online user manual. Other than that, product works exactly as expected. so far 👍🏻

really fast delivery, serval days before you stated. Great quality product, as good as brand new. Royal mail didn't follow my instructions, looks like they through the package over the gate instead of placing it behind the gate

Excellent service and swift delivery from Back Market. Most pleased with the product, speech quality fine, comfortable to wear, well packaged. Very pleased indeed. I use them whenever I make a call nowadays, and have just realised that they will save me the cost of a hands-free car kit, so am even more impressed with them!

These came as part of the Pixel 6 Xmas present to me. I have only ever used a single earwig on my phone before and they are taking a little time to get used to the pair but they sound very good, in fact excellent as I get more experience with my new phone.
