The condition was great. This was my second time trying to buy a secondhand Fitbit. The first from a different vender didn't go so well, so I was pleased that back market had assurances of the watch being unlocked and guaranteed. Really happy with the purchase.

Really good condition and quick delivery, only thing is that it came with a strap that has missing parts so I can’t connect and attatch the strap to the Fitbit device so will have to buy a new one separately.

Love it - perfect upgrade from my old Fitbit at half the price. Delivered promptly and was able to set it up and wear it at the gym on the same day. Thanks again Back Market!

Device was in perfect nick and worked exactly as intended. (The Fitbit is actually pretty limited and I’m going to switch to an Apple Watch but that’s not the seller’s fault)

Got delivered today and looks just like new, battery charged up to 99% and has been really strong all day only losing 1% charge. Overall I’m really pleased with this purchase.

To say it was brand new is an understatement - the charger wasn't even opened. Must have been a display model I think but very happy - 3rd item I've bought now and all have been great!

I ordered 2 Charge 5's. One functions well but the other doesn't record steps or any other information and won't sync with my phone. I have now left the UK and am home in Cyprus so cannot return the faulty one for a refund. Update - the second Charge 5 has now failed after 2 weeks. Needless to say, this has been a very disappointing experience.
