iPhone 13 Pro Max good condition. Fast delivery. Well package. Thanks for the skittles and pen. lol. The phone got a 4 star because you could see visible scratches by the screen from far. I really don’t mind because I use a 360 case. The battery heath is 85% which is ok for a refurbished phone.

I ordered Excellent condition iPhone 15 pro Max, it is really good and flawless exterior body and I received 92% battery health. The phone looks as good as new that commendable. Overall impressed by the phone.

When I say this phone is immaculate I mean like the service was a ten the packaging ten every thing ten I got the phone in good condition that’s was the option I picked and for a refurbished phone this is good like really I will recommend and I am gonna order another phone this week 10/10

The phone came as expected with almost no scratch at all. More like a new phone but came with a battery capacity of 88% which is not bad for a Good condition phone. Just a few scratches that is negligible by adding a screen protector to it. This refurbisher is good however avoid dealing with musicMagpie refurbisher.

The phone is not so bad it has three deep scratches on the screen and 88% battery even though if it’s excellent condition I’ve had the same phone but 128 GB from same provider and it was really good. It was 97% and no scratches it was like new I’m unhappy with my purchase but i really need the phone for now so I will not return it. Customer service of backmarket is so helpful and they assisted me with every purchase every time and they are so friendly and professional but the refurbishers need to quality control thheir devices before sending them to the customers.

Great value, phone came quickly, and it was indeed as described: excellent condition. The one thing I was worried about was the battery health. The phone came with 100% battery health, and only 66 cycle counts. Overall mint, brand new, out of the box condition. Would recommend and would definitely come back to backmarket in the future!

Hi, first of all, I'm not an iPhone person. I bought this iPhone for my son and it came very quick and everything's seems to look good. He hasn't complain yet. Overall experience on the phone i will say, good, thank you.

Good delivery, easy to use the app and with a good price tag but as they say a little too good to be true as the phone wasn’t in ‘good’ condition… the phone it’s self was in good condition (visually) but using the phone outdoors I couldn’t hear much and the mic was also muffled, after seeing the 20+ check tag and good reviews from friends I had high hopes which unfortunately didn’t pull through, not to mention I paid for a protective glass which travelled back with the phone (not partially refunded) and case which I can’t even use as a paper weight… I will say after sending back and fixtures couldn’t be made a refund was back into the bank within 3 days of postage which beats the 14+ days from other sites.

I was very sceptical about purchasing a refurbished phone but in all honesty I am shocked at the pristine condition the phone is in! I opted for the iPhone 14 pro as a Christmas gift for my daughter, in excellent condition with no new battery and there isn’t 1 mark, scratch or scuff on it! It wasn’t in it’s original box but did have a charging cable and battery health is at 87%. It is half of the price brand new and to look at, it looks like it is new! Extremely pleased with it and will be purchasing again.
