I purchased my refurbished Galaxy S20 FE 5G 128GBrket a - Green - Unlocked - Dual-SIM after being let down by another on-line company. The purchase was smooth and efficient and my phone arrived within a few days. The description of the condition was ‘very good’ and I can state that it was exactly that with only a minuscule scratch near the edge of the screen. I am very happy with the phone & service that I received and would definitely use Back Market again. Highly recommended

Fantastic deal and quality phone. Was a much need upgrade from my ipohone 7, which this feels like a smartphone gone light speed! Couldn't tell it was refurbished as screen was great, phones great and the battery life is very good - got mine in "excellent condition" so can't comment on other grades 😀

The phone itself was great so definitely big credit to Samsung on that unfortunately even though I ordered the Z flip six in excellent condition the screen came damaged not flawless as it was advertised. I did however receive a refund but I wasn’t given back the refurbisher fee, so I will most likely not be using Back Market again Unfortunately.

I ordered a Samsung A53 from back market as my original phone was stolen. I was pleasantly surprised when my refurbished phone arrived. It was in immaculate condition and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use back market again. Thanks guys

Phone came promptly. Standard of it without a doubt like new. Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend this company. It’s quick easy to use and clear.

Purchased a Galaxy Samsung S21+ in purple listed as excellent. Must admit never having purchased refurbished before I was a little wary - opened box and it's beautiful it looks new 😁 If I have a concern it's the fact that I listen to audio books I hope the battery is as good as the phone - it seems to be🤞 My husband saw it and had instant phone jealousy😂 so I ordered an S21+ in black it has arrived and again looks like a new phone.
