So bought this phone for an upgrade reasonably cheap came quickly well packed condition of was really good some wear but can't argue with the price and really happy with the condition and performance of it .

This is the latest of the phones and iPads I have bought from Back Market and each one, including this one, has exceeded expectations. I bought this for a friend and 5hey are delighted with it.

Dealing with Back Market was very straightforward and simple. My device arrived exactly as described, it looked brand new in fact. Wouldn’t hesitate to deal again if necessary .

I have not received my order as DHL delivered to the wrong address. Please advise me as I need the order urgently. Can you recover from DHL please and re issue the order?

Great service Phon described as ‘good’ It was better than good

I bought the Galazy A10 which was in decent condition, however I used the pin they provided to open the tray to insert my sim and the pin broke in half and has been permenantly logged inside it. So I'm not entirely happy that their pin has damaged the dray. I would usually get a refund for this, but I doubt I can.

Nice phone. Good quality. Works like new!
