bought for my not technical other half , needed a new phone but wanted the same make and model ,another great deal from a very happy previous customer , I would not really consider buying from anywhere else keep up the good work

The phone I ordered through backmarket looks as new. It arrived when they said it would and cost a lot less than a new phone of that specification would. Also it's a great way for not wasting a perfectly good phone just because someone wants an upgrade. My only small niggle was that there was no gadget to open the sim drawer so an assumption has been made that you already have had a phone that opens in this way. A pin didn't do the trick so I had to borrow one from someone to get started. Otherwise I can't fault them.

Very happy with this phone. A good price looks great and battery life is proving to be very good too. Delivery proved fast and effective. Up to now I have used Music Magpie to buy the many phones my three teens get through - I am officially switching to BackMarket now as service was good and prices better.

Very pleased with purchase. Arrived on time and well packaged and in great condition. Only neg is I ordered a black phone but received a white one. But it sits in a case so no issues. The boss is now going to replace her phone using Back Market. All in all a very positive customer experience.

I bought this phone on fair rating and was honestly surprised of the condition that it came in. No complaints so far and I've it about a month and a day so far. only downside is the sim card slot and few.scratches on top however that's fair for the price to be fair

Arrived a day or so later than expected but I have to say it was very well packaged for transit and arrived in near perfect condition. The screen is flawless and the only marks were on the back and are mere small very shallow scuff marks.

very fast delivery, said phone would have scratches (i ordered a fair phone) but it came spotless and looks and feels brand new.

Item arrived earlier than promised and wasn't bad looking though it had a few scratches as expected. Functionality is perfect. No complaints from my child
