Oh I'm delighted.was worried about buying a refurbished phone but there's not a mark on it and it works perfectly I saved so much money buying a phone this way. I will always shop on back market from now on.im after a watch to match the phone next .very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a galaxy A7 for my disabled brother as the screen size would be more suitable for him.it was a reconditioned phone but it actually did not have a mark on it.it was in excellent condition was delivered promptly.cutomer service was excellent.any messages were replied to straight away.i would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a phone.

So far so good the phone is working properly, it came the way I expect it to be, the quality of the pictures are good, no marks and scratches on the body, the delivery was faster than scheduled, indeed it's a very nice phone, I am happy and with full confident I can refer.

I reviewed other websites as this was my first purchase of a refurbished phone. I kept coming back to BackMarket and so glad I did. Website was so easy and helpful and I like the humour too. Phone is great. I would totally recommend. Oh and I got trade in payment too. Bonus dudes!

I ordered the lowest quality in order to save money however the quality I received the phone in was very good. No visible damages or scratch besides a stiff volume up button which is a very minor issue. The battery is also not the best but this was something I was fully prepared for ordering a refurbished phone. All in all, it's great

I was very weary of this at first, I thought I'd bite the bullet and place an order samsung A70 good condition wow it came in a box with USB charging lead First impression it looked brand new, so easy to sync everything from my old phone to the A70 Definitely reccomend back market to friends only down side Don't waste paying for express delivery as I did, took just as long as if I wouldn't of Otherwise it gets a 👍 from me thank you

So to start with black market did not accurately list the specs on there website. What I ordered was 128gb storage and 8 gb ram with a single sim. This is not the case! What I got was 128gb storage 6gb of ram and a duel sim phone. They did offer to refund me but I had already purchased accessory's so was not willing to return and have a70 accessory's and no phone. sure as hell they were not going to refund me for my accessory's. Cheers for that! Be very careful when ordering from this site! When they cant even list the specs properly what else are they not doing? Now on to the phone... It came was, was very quick delivery and in immaculate condition considering this was supposed to be FAIR state. 2 slight marks on the back case which your never going to notice in a case. I repair phones also and this was an after market screen but of good quality and good fitting. No dead pixels, no screen ghosting or the like.. I have noticed the speaker drops in/out of volume but this is most likely due to the budget Samsung speaker that goes in these and not black markets fault or the repair techs but Samsung's cheap sourcing of products(very common in A series phones) All in all I'm happy wi...
